Coastal Monmouth Dental Specialists (Advanced Periodontics and Dental Implants/Jersey Shore Endodontics) is looking to hire a motivated dental assistant to complement our professional and caring team. Primary responsibility is to assist our endodontist on Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30 AM -5:00 PM.

We are looking for someone that has a professional appearance, positive attitude, takes pride in day-to-day responsibilities, displays a strong work ethic, is reliable, and has the ability to embrace challenges and create solutions.

This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and take part in state-of-the-art treatment and patient care using CBCT scanner and Surgical/endodontic microscope. Opportunity to increase hours as our practice grows.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the doctor in endodontic treatment.
Sterilizing instruments
Charting and recording clinical notes
Drafting letters to referring doctors
Breaking down and setting up rooms
Seating patients
Confirming patient appointments
Taking radiographs and Cone Beam Scans
Occasional assisting with our periodontist and hygienist

Requirements:
NJ Xray License
Experience with Dentrix preferred.
Previous endodontic experience preferred but not required. Experience in periodontics and surgery a plus.
